Service Description
Fenjan AI provides AI-powered coffee cup reading (tasseography) services through our mobile application. Our service analyzes coffee cup photos to provide spiritual insights and interpretations based on traditional coffee reading practices enhanced with artificial intelligence.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
No Account Required
No Registration Needed
Our app operates without requiring user accounts or registration. You can immediately start using our coffee cup reading service by simply uploading a photo of your coffee cup.
No Account Security Concerns
Since no user accounts are created, there are no account credentials to protect or security concerns related to account access.
No Account Management
Without user accounts, there is no need for account termination or suspension procedures. You can simply stop using the app at any time.
Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: upload inappropriate or offensive content, attempt to reverse engineer the App, use the service for commercial purposes without authorization, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or interfere with the App's functionality.
Content Guidelines
When uploading coffee cup photos, ensure they are appropriate and do not contain identifiable personal information, offensive content, or images that violate any third-party rights.
Service Limitations and Disclaimers
Entertainment Purposes Only
Our coffee cup readings are provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters.
No Guarantees or Warranties
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any readings. The interpretations provided are based on AI analysis and traditional coffee reading practices, which are not scientifically validated.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the readings provided. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your reliance on our service.
Payment and Subscription Terms
Premium Services
The app offers free short readings and optional premium readings. Each premium reading is a one-time in-app purchase priced at $1.99 unless shown otherwise in the app.
Subscription Management
Fenjan AI does not currently offer subscriptions. Premium readings are purchased individually through in-app purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to Google Play policies and our internal refund policy. Contact us for refund requests.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Fenjan AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenjan AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fenjan AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fenjan AI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
